Lonardi Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil is the result of our direct production, made from our exquisite olives, ensuring an oil of the highest quality recognized with the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) of Garda.

Obtained from mechanically harvested olives of the Casaliva, Leccino, Rosanel, Pendolino, and Frantoio varieties, and pressed using a continuous cycle extraction system, it presents a golden yellow color with subtle green hues, clear and transparent.
On the nose, it opens up harmoniously and elegantly, offering rich tones of white fruit and hints of fresh grass.
On the palate, it is delicate and harmonious, characterized by flavors of ripe fruit and a balance between bitterness and spiciness that ends with a sweet almond finish.
It is ideal for delicate fish appetizers, boiled legumes, shellfish, and steamed lake fish. It also works wonderfully as a dressing for raw vegetables, dipping with breadsticks, or drizzling over bruschetta.
